1.) Pre-Cleaning Inspection

Prior to any job your technician will do a home walk-thru with you to visually and carefully inspect the carpet. The technician will evaluate the carpet’s general condition and identify major stains, traffic areas and potential permanent stains. Based on this inspection we can provide an evaluation of the expected results from various cleaning methods such as deep cleaning for better results.

2.) Light Furniture Moved

Our regular pricing includes moving light furniture such as sofas, chairs, coffee tables and smaller items. larger and heavier pieces such as beds or dressers are left in place.

3.) Clean & Extract

We will steam clean your carpet with our powerful truck mounted hot water extraction process, which is the most recommended method of cleaning.

4.) Post-Cleaning Inspection

Our cleaning technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.

5.) Drying Time

Most carpet will be dry to the touch in about 6 to 8 hours depending on the degree of soiling and type of carpet.

We offer on location services for your convenience. We are trained to clean various types of rugs, wool or synthetic, Berber, machine made. As with your upholstery, your oriental and area rugs, will be dry and ready for use within 4-6 hours.

We clean your upholstered fabrics right in your home or office. Our cleaning methods include application of cleaners to upholstery via low-pressure spray which loosens embedded dirt, cleaning the material by removing a wide range of germs and bacteria. The emulsified dirt is then disposed leaving just the extraction water which dries quickly and without any residue.

Our powerful truck mounted extractors will remove more than 90% of the water from the damaged areas. Pad replacement is recommended in flood situations caused by black water. After most of the water is physically removed, we can begin the drying process with powerful high velocity air fans.
